Under These Conditions: Accountability Should Be Possible Webinar (Revolutionizing Probation Series, Part II)

On August 11, 2026, the Gault Center & Youth Empowerment for Advancement Hangout (YEAH Philly) hosted a webinar to launch our probation conditions campaign, Under These Conditions: Accountability Should Be Possible.

This webinar featured a moderated youth panel, followed by a walkthrough of campaign tools to spark local efforts to transform probation orders and practices. This webinar offered a first look at our campaign toolkit, Under These Conditions: Accountability Should Be Possible, which includes:

• A national analysis of youth probation orders
• Best practice recommendations and a Model Probation Order
• Self-assessment to examine your local probation orders
• Narrative guide
• Call to action
